 ABSTRACTS may now be uploaded via the REGISTRATION page. Please register first so
we can link your information with your abstract submission. The abstract upload follows the
personal information screens. Supplying personal information does not obligate you for
payment at this time. It will lock in the right to the early registration fee when you decide
you want to complete your registration.

By submitting your abstract through the website it will allow a smooth review process and
will help speed up the process for accepting papers.

Be sure to write down the ACCESS KEY when you register. This will allow you to make changes
to your personal information. It will also allow you to check on the status of your paper and to
add an additional abstract. I can also provide that key if you misplace it.

Please provide camera ready copy of your abstract.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Extended abstract should not exceed one page.
Paper size 8.5 in. by 11 in. (Letter)
Please use Microsoft Word
Single space
Font - Times New Roman
Margins: Top, side and bottom margins are all 0.75 inch
Title: 12 pt, bold, capital letters, centered
Author(s): 11 pt, centered below the title (leave one line space) please underline the presenting author.
Affiliation(s): 10 pt, centered below the Author(s) including the postal address and e-mail address of presenting author (leave one line space)
Keywords: 10 pt, below Affiliation(s) (leave one line space), please provide up to four.
Body Text: 10 pt, below keywords (leave one line space), consisting of two columns (please use the automatic feature in word for making columns found in your toolbar), place one line space between paragraphs with no indentations.
Bold paragraph heading.
You may opt to just use the template document and replace contents with your information. Save to your computer and rename before changing text.

Tables, Figures and References: follow the template example.
Photographs and Drawings must be pasted directly into appropriate spaces inside the text.

NOTE: Abstracts will be reproduced as received and printed in black and white.

Extended Abstracts for all scheduled papers will be copy-righted and published in a SSI-17 Conference Program volume and will be available for pickup when you sign in at the meeting.
